Hi,
http://err.no/patches/siege_2.61-1_2.61-1ubuntu1_etc_siegerc_ftbfs.diff
contains a more complete patch which adds a /etc/siege/siegerc which
is installed by default, but using ~/.siegerc if that exists.
(The patch contains a fair amount of auto*, but I found no way to
avoid that. :-( )
