These libraries have a quite different API, so libsigcx would have to
be ported to libsigc++-2.0. I'd rather consider dropping libsigcx and
all dependant packages (all maintained by me) from etch, as I'm less
and less interested in C++ and doing the nescessary work to port it to
libsigc++ 2.0.
