I've just tried to make the ulatencyd init script to start as late as 
possible (actually, it's the latest script on my system now), but it didn't
fix the problem.

Given that console-kit is started by dbus, and dbus is started *before*
ulatencyd, there shouldn't be problems _in theory_. I'm starting to think
there's more going on here.

Anyway, I'll try to come with a working solution in the next future, but I 
can't promise anything.
