The current upstream HEAD is two commits ahead of the tag 'bup-0.25-rc1' and the two commits seemed useful, so I went ahead and merged it. Bup 0.25 is hopefully released before the next Debian release, so having a git HEAD in testing for a while probably does not hurt. If you disagree, you can of course merge the tag 'bup-0.25-rc1' again to the debian branch.
