It's not a webcam. It's only a usb soundcard. The soundcard of the laptop is
totally bad. I've sent the result of "lspci -vnn" and there seems to be no
pci soundcard.
$ lsusb -v
Could you please just tell me which audio card(s) are you using?
Else as root you can comment the line
options snd-usb-audio index=-2
to
# options snd-usb-audio index=-2
in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
and try again.
