BTW in Gnome works without problems, this just XFCE 4.8 and conky issue.

As I'm not using Xfce, I can't reproduce this bug on my own computer.
Transparency works fine for me with GNOME, however.
Can you try adding "own_window_argb_visual yes" to your config file
(you'll need a compositing WM for that to work properly though) and
see if that works? If not, try replacing "own_window_type normal" with
"own_window_type override" instead.
