Yes, and quite deliberately, tied to the above quoted request which you 
choose to not follow.

Please deal with each bug on its own. Which means discussing them at 
their relevant bugreports, opening new bugreports if none exist for the 
issues you raise.

Then if that work results in multiple release-critical bugreports it 
might make sense to summarise them as a metabug as this one.
