Package: libxml++2.6-2

Severity: serious
According to the author of GNOTE, libxml++ 2.26 breaks the ABI silently,
removes an interface without bumping SONAME:

By checking upstream bug report, upstream consider it not as necessary
to change SONAME. After discussion with Jossulin on IRC, following his
suggestion I now have made libxml++2.6-2 "Breaks: gnote (<< 0.4)".
Hopefully this will handle it within Debian realm. Please reopen if the
problem persist.
