I adopted this package because of boinc, and I prefer to just don't touch it anymore until it breaks again :) there is no active upstream, and I'm not sure I'll have time to dig into this issue. Moreover the broken one was 4 days old, and when I uploaded it I didn't see this RC :) so fixing was my real priority :) (patches are *really* welcome, because I really have difficulties in maintaining such buildsystem) cheers, G.
