For issues like this one by Release team and explicitly described in subject as "blocked by build dependency" I believe however than there is no need for explaining the cause (in _these_ bugreports - it may make sense and be helpful to elaborate on the cause at a _root_ blocking bugreport). > rust-async-std is now in unstable, however the autopkgtests for > rust-criterion and > rust-async-std are failing.
