src:rust-rustls: fails to migrate to testing for too long: blocked by build
dependency
Specifically rust-async-std has taken some time to package, because of the
large number
of dependencies. There has been effort on this front both by the rust team and
by Jonas
who currently packages rust stuff outside the rust team because he doesn't like
our
packaging workflow.
Thanks, Peter. For issues like this one by Release team and explicitly
described in subject as "blocked by build dependency" I believe however
than there is no need for explaining the cause (in _these_ bugreports -
it may make sense and be helpful to elaborate on the cause at a _root_
blocking bugreport).

This bug report is the one that is in testing, and has rc severity and
hence can cause stuff to be removed from testing.

The autoremovals system operates on the basis of when a bug report
was last posted to as an indication of wheter progress is being made
on the bug. Progress is being made on this bug, but the autoremovals
system doesn't know that in case a status update is posted to the
bug, hence why I posted one.
