Oh, wait, I misunderstood the problem.  It's not *guile* itself, it's
guile-fibers and shepard?  I have yet to use either, so I don't know
anything offhand.

Someone reminded me about the riscv64 JIT-related changes (addition
thereof) in v3.0.11, so it may be that there are still issues and we can
"fix" the problem for now by reverting to "no JIT" for riscv64.
