Ok, I've opened this issue: https://github.com/sbmlteam/libsbml/issues/471 At this point, I think it would be ok to have lintian overrides until we get some reply from upstream. (The embedded library looks hardcoded to me and there does not seem to be any way to use libminizip in an external way). Thanks.
