Thanks a lot for this hint! > (Maybe for the next upload). I tried even for this upload but reverted my local change for the actual upload and applied the patch after the upload tag. The problem is that while it applied cleanly the package does not build with this patch as you can see in Salsa CI https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/libsbml/-/jobs/9074448 For the moment I have no time to investigate this problem.
