  This is a very strange problem. The konqueror can display chinese-gb.
And I can copy chinese-gb block from kongqueror to kedit, but Kedit cant open
chinese file , cant input use XCIN. :( the other apps are same.
  My XFree86 is 3.3.6 libc6 2.1.95.
