基本同意carlos的观点，系统支持gb18030编码和使用gb18030编码是两回事情。就
像系统支持gb18030，但仍然可以使用UTF-8来做为默认的locale一样。
像fedora, SunWah RAYS等发行版默认都是UTF-8 locale。
另外，有一点，Debian sarge里面的X似乎还不支持gb18030。
