对于 Release Notes 的翻译，我已经将剩余的翻译补全，并通过 make validate LINGUA=zh_CN 检验。提交为 1176。 另外，似乎 Ji Zhengyu 也在翻译，所以提交时出现冲突，并导致了标签不对应， 已经改正过来了 :) 而且，对于 Lenny Release Notes 的翻译第一次 string freeze deadline 是 14 号。请检验完成后提交，应该能赶上 :) 多谢！ Sincerely, Deng Xiyue
