This will do. I'll apply a patch that replaces Larry's license with the MIT license terms (since he said "any license you like"), revert to the old .orig.tar.gz, and rebuild 4.1.0-3. However, I won't consider this matter fully resolved until the Debian Policy Manual says what the archive maintainers mean. Please, please work with them to come up with language that will prevent responsible developers who read the Policy Manual from having to go through this ordeal.
