I don't know if I'm unaware of configuration changes this patch requires
(it's not a particularly big patch), but it bombs out when I use it:

This is not the whole output of course, but none of the rest of it
appears problematic. I will look into why this is failing but if it's
something too weird I may have to stick with d-cd 2.
