You need to download Flash plugin for Linux and install it into your 
Konqueror plugins folder.
For example, to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins. After that check your Konqueror 
setting under "Plugins"
to contain the correct path to your plugin and press the button "Rescan 
plugins".
