I forgot to tell you how to install plugin itself. Create directory /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins and unpack and copy two files, flashplayer.xpt and libflashplayer.so into that directory or into your Konqueror plugins directory and re-register plugins in Konqueror. That's all.
