We seem to be in a brainstorming space here, throwing out half baked
ideas because none of us has a great answer. So, I'm going to join the
party. Are there games we could play with prerm scripts in a
systemd-private package to make sure that the old systemd private
library sticks around until the upgrade finishes when upgrading
systemd-private?
