Follow-up question: For a package targeted non-free where the "build" involves only copying files around - no involvement of any compiler - is it more appropriate to have it autobuilt or not?
If your assessment is that the build process doesn't violate any terms of https://salsa.debian.org/debian/icc-profiles/-/blob/master/debian/copyright, then in general it would be better to have more things autobuilt than not. (I'm not going to try to make that assessment myself, though.)
