There are established ways to involve the MIA team in cases where a maintainer appears inactive: https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/beyond-pkging.html#mia-qa https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/MIA#You_know_someone_who_seems_MIA The MIA team generally acts on reports it receives rather than proactively reviewing maintainers (this is a deliberate design choice). The remaining maintainer in this case has not been through an MIA process. -- tobi
