hello,

please add all authors with their files to d/copyright.

Fwiw, I don't plan to do that.
There are many packages which don't do that either, say src:linux because this is not maintainable.

I will use "Rainer Gerhards (Adiscon GmbH) and others".

Please be more specific which files are under which licenses.
The files in test/ are not dual-licensed as you mentioned in d/copyright
You find more information under

Regarding that:
I understand the DEP-5 syntax [1] like this:

If code contains both license A and B parts it should use "and".
If code is dual-licensed it should use "or".

In section 7.2 [1] you find this statement:

" This is for a file that has both GPL and classic BSD code in it:

License: GPL-2+ and BSD-3-clause

this is explizit for different licensed parts in one file.

Only the code marked explizit as under BSD-3 can be used so.
If you use the whole file in another Project you have to follow the GPL-2+.

In my case, I used "and", i.e. "GPL-3.0+ and Apache-2.0". Parts of the code uses Apache-2.0 (Mostly newer code), older code uses (GPL-3.0+)

So the summary:
Files: *
Copyright: GPL-3.0+ and Apache-2.0

seems correct to me.

Please advice.
