I can't say I understand what the difference is or why the old config
produces an error. I see other repositories also use
include:
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/raw/master/salsa-ci.yml
so I guess that's not the problem?
I'm not totally an expert on this, but I think the use of
".provisioning-extract-source" was essentially using some internal
details of the pipeline that were changed in
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/merge_requests/569;
note the comment in pipeline-jobs.yml that says "TODO: handle projects
that need to extend the extract-source job". But shadow didn't really
need to override that job anyway, so we can avoid the problem.
