just out of curiosity, do you mean "not quickly enough unstable->fasttrack" or "not quickly enough upstream->unstable->fasttrack"?
fwiw, I'm following unstable closely for these packages on fastforward.debian.net, generally uploading at least within the same day of the unstable upload, and Gianfranco does an awesome job uploading new virtualbox versions very timely to sid.
