What if someone gets hold of the Linux kernel and uses it to guide nuclear missiles? (Well, at least they have to share their changes with us :)) Seriously, slander is slander, and it's rude, and people will know it when they see it. Furthermore, if people want to parody Debian (including the logo) they'll do so regardless of the logo license, and Debian doesn't have enough money to sue them about it. Besides, did anyone bother to register a trademark? A license that says "this logo should only be used when referring specifically to Debian" is plenty and probably still unenforceable. Have fun, Avery
