Bug#844596: dpkg-gensymbols doesn't update arch-bits when called with -a

When dpkg-gensymbols is called with -a<arch>, it doesn't update the arch-bits
information, and keeps them set for the default architecture, even if the
default doesn't match the parameter.  I didn't check for the endianness
information, but I assume it's the same.
