Skolelinux Installer=Debian Installer with a single added udeb, right?
And that single udeb is in Debian as part of the debian-edu-install package
(and really only does some preseeding based on the answer to the question
'which profile do you want' AIUI)
given the above I don't see any reason to not send installer bugs to the
Debian BTS.
