I get American keyboard when installing Main-server, even though I choosed nb_no
during install.
The reason is probably because /usr/share/keymaps is empty, which probably is
because the package console-data and console-common is not installed.
apt-get install console-data console-common solved the problem, and running
dpkg-reconfigure console-data
