I made a new version with support for xresprobe. It is available from http://people.skolelinux.org/pere/debian/packages/etch/xdebconfigurator_1.34~0.edu.etch.pere.2_all.deb To test it without affecting the existing X configuration, run 'xdebconfigurator -x'.
