samba could be purged from the chroot, I guess. It is installed due to 
winbind (which is pulled in by cifs-utils but gets already purged in 
32-edu-pks).

cups is a depends of hplip. So maybe hplip, cups avahi-daemon are 
candidates for 32-edu-pks as well.
