Package: debian-edu-config
Version: 2.10.63
Severity: important

After a main server installation the users' home
directory mounting (depending on netgroup membership) on a workstation
failed because the nscd caching content had been wrong. This problem
also showed up from time to time in the past and is really annoying.

The failure can be avoided if the related tool 'gosa-sync-dns-nfs' is
modified by adding 'nscd -i netgroup' to the end of the script. This
tool is called automatically just after a workstation has been created
or modified; the added command invalidates the nscd netgroup cache and
is actually recommended to run in such a case (see man nscd).
