It is just your lack of imagination leading you astray. The googleearth-package name refer to the non-DFSG-free desktop application created by Google a long time ago, before there was any 'pro' edition. No idea if referring to it still make sense. Are there any other good tools available in Debian to visualize kml files? -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen
