Hi Mike,

In Debian Edu task geography two suggested packages are not available.

1. Package qlandkartegt has been replaced with qmapshack in Debian.
   So this can easily updated in task geography.

I agree.

2. The second missing package is googleearth-package.
   It is unclear to me what exactly it refers to.
   I can't imagine that it refers to the google-earth-pro
   package that is available from
https://www.google.com/earth/about/versions/download-thank-you/?usagestats=1&linuxos=deb
   because it is not at all DFSG-free.
   More likely is that libgeo-googleearth-pluggable-perl is meant
   by it. Package libgeo-googleearth-pluggable-perl
   is still available in Debian.

Please drop googleearth. We don't want that anymore. It comes from a time when we were still friends with them. ;-)

So, if you can agree with it, I could update
https://salsa.debian.org/debian-edu/debian-edu/-/blob/master/tasks/geographyaccordingly. Doing so could close bug #1118081.

Thanks, yes, I agree.

Mike
