Hi,
Thank you Arnaud for bringing this up!

/etc/firefox-esr/policies/ is normally for sysadmins (i.e. in system

We should indeed make sure, both packages conflict with one another.
or better: use different filenames?!
This wouldn't work, firefox expects the file to be named policies.json.
The only possible way around (besides declaring conflicts) would be to
use the alternatives system. However, I doubt this would be actually
used by anyone:
- firefox-esr-mobile-config is only meant to be installed on phones
- debian-edu-config would likely not be installed on non-desktop/latptop
devices
I'll be waiting a bit for other's input if any, but my plan for
firefox-esr-mobile-config is to make it conflict with debian-edu-config,
and Mike seems to be willing to go the same route for debian-edu-config.
Cheers,
Arnaud
