Can someone confirm this is no longer necessary on .26 kernels too?

Not that removing it (and the code saving the current brightness 
level) would gain that much, but why waste these milliseconds if not 
necessary? :)

The "do nothing if rfkill is used" is handled in actions/hotkey.sh -- 
earlier that wireless.sh
