Stop harassing us (-devel, ticket, direct mail). Site-wide we're dropping mails that have a score higher than 12 and we're not going to lower that to 5. If the admin of some list want to drop mails with a score higher than 5, they can change their list configuration to drop mails that match "X-Spam-Flag: YES" (or whatever it's called, I can't be bothered to check right now).
