Package: eeepc-acpi-scripts Version: 1.1.12 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
since my latest upgrade, eeepc-acpi-scripts seem not to work any more. However, I must specify it: When the package is freshly installed, everything ia working as wanted. But after a reboot, the Functions of the Fn-key are nor more working. In fact, it looks like eeepc-acpi-scripts are completely inactive. I have the feeling, but not the proove, that this happens since changing to systemd iunstead of sysvinit. But I am not really sure of it, as on the other hand the same effect appeared also on my kali-linux livefile DVD, which I am regularly building. You might know, kali linux is built on debian. Maybe this error message, which appeares during install of eeepc-acpi-scripts may help you: ------ snip ------ eeepc-acpi-scripts (1.1.12) wird eingerichtet ... Removing stray rc.d stop links update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling back to defaults ------- snap ----- Any ideas? Thanks for help! Best regards Hans-J.
