Hi! Thanks Suzanne and Pieter for your interest!
About practical stuff: I'll bring flyers, our OpenOffice friends Mechtilde (who also happens to volunteer for our DFSG-team) and Michael will bring a PC we can share with them and use for demo-purposes. It would be really nice if someone™ could bring other typical booth goodies like stickers, t-shirts, mugs etc. Debian France, https://www.freewear.org/?org=Debian and other parties listed at https://www.debian.org/events/merchandise are likely able to ship to your house in time. Debian people can use https://reimbursements.debian.net/ to request a refund of costs made. As a booth volunteer you're invited to have a chat with the visitors about Debian and Free Software. To point people to flyers and whatever else we have to hand out for free. We might have a donation box (collected money should go to one or our trusted organisations, like e.g. Debian France; see https://www.debian.org/donations). And, (*if* we have stuff to sell), to sell stuff. (In the past we've had a demo of debian-installer running in a loop on a demo-system. Jens Möller volunteered to work on that; there's still interesting work to do there.) First speaker will likely start Sat at around 10.00, last lecture ends likely at around 18.00. On Sun speaker-program likely runs from 10.00 till 17.00. I expect booth staff can enter the place on Sat at around 9.00. BTW, some orga can be reached via IRC : libera #t-dose. Suzanne: it's great you're up to sharing Rutger's heritage. Looking forward to meeting you all! Bye!
