Dear Maintainer,

As part of the effort to limit the number of llvm packages in the
archive, it would be great if you could upgrade to -13 (or -12).

Bookworm won't ship with llvm-toolchain-11

llvm-defaults is now pointing to -13.

Thanks,
Sylvestre

The package maintainer updated the package to use LLVM 13 but did not
close this bug, closing the bug now with this mail.
