The workaround until the rebuilt otb is in unstable is to install
libossim1=2.2.2-1 from testing.

Due to the libossim1.shlibs file the dependency did not reflect the
version of ossim otb was built with, this is now fixed in git and the
next upload of ossim will have package that depend on ossim set the
upstream version it built with in the dependency version.
