Same problem here on an up to date unstable system. Thanks for reporting
the bug.

Yes you're right, this file has been removed from debian/patches, but
not from debian/patches/series. I have just fixed that in the SVN.

This is probably because quilt has been updated to a newer version and
does not allow that anymore.
