I have installed of equal package firmware-realtek 20161130-4 on
Debian 9 and this problem is actual yet.
So, I have found a way of fixing this problem:

sudo nano /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
and add below 2 lines:
[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no
