Pushed to salsa. Switched to Mode: git watch file with Files-Excluded
repackaging (as Nicolas and Maytham suggested).

Updated README.source. Also today noticed a new version, so updated the package
to the v1.5.13 version.

Vendoring:

kajiya is now in the orig tarball instead of debian/vendor/. I doubt this would
be used outside of the siso/chromium ecosystem, what this package is aiming to
help with.

The vendored modules that remain in debian/vendor, documented in README.source.
One of them though, (otel/semconv v1.37.0) will go away once
golang-opentelemetry-otel-dev is updated past v1.26.

Best,

Juan
