+1 on adding confusion -- however we shouldn't be blind that the underlying real issue is Go team policy changes. The policy still says to use debian/gitlab-ci.yml with the non-SalsaCI pipeline. So I have some sympathy if Marcos made this out of frustration. It could be argued that changing packages to use debian/salsa-ci.yml without updating the policy also adds confusion. IMHO we should remove all references to the old debian/gitlab-ci.yml pipeline, and replace text with recommendations to use a debian/salsa-ci.yml file, or a default CI/CD configuration, re-using the standard Debian Salsa CI pipeline. Strong recommendation rather than hard rule because hard rules implies a need for enforcement, which we have no good process or manpower to perform. /Simon
