Unlike golang.org/x/sync/singleflight it is generic over key and value types, and it supports context cancellation: the function runs with a context that keeps the caller's values but is cancelled only once every waiting caller's context has been cancelled. Binary package: golang-resenje-singleflight-dev (import path resenje.org/singleflight). Why: docker.io 29.8.1 (in preparation; unstable has 28.5.2, work in progress at https://salsa.debian.org/mendezr/docker/-/tree/wip/moby-v29) imports it from engine/daemon/daemon.go, engine/daemon/server/router/system/system.go and engine/daemon/internal/builder-next/builder.go (engine/go.mod: resenje.org/singleflight v0.4.3). The docker.io update is needed by github.com/anchore/stereoscope (ITP https://bugs.debian.org/1135909). I intend to maintain this package within the Debian Go Packaging Team.
