glade 1.1.0 is for gtk2/gnome2 glade 0.6.4 is for gtk1/gnome1

so glade 1.1.0 which comes with a glade-2 binary should be named glade2.

apt-cache show still shows me glade 0.5.5 as the actual version of glade in sid. glade-gnome is 0.6.4 (source package glade-nonus).

As for glademm Version 1.1.0c which is for both gnome1 and gtk2 (gnome2 is present but untested): it is already part of debian/sid.

But to get real use of glademm with gtk2 you need gtkmm2 (1.3.17) and gnomemm2 (and friends) packaged. The developers already call it more usable/mature than 1.2.x.
