Oops! Forgot to check it first. Recompiled sane-gimp1.3 from sources and it worked ok, however when running gimp I have the following error: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/download/src$ gimp-1.3 /usr/lib/gimp/1.3/plug-ins/xscanimage: error while loading shared libraries: libgimpwidgets-1.3.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I made a symbolic link to /usr/lib/libgimpwidgets-1.3.so.13.0.0 (from libgimp1.3) but it keeps reporting the same error.
